Terms and Conditions
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY JO-CLOUDS
1. Meet with the client at the outset of the contract to discuss the aims and objectives of their social media strategy and to agree the type of content, tone of voice and other actions to be carried out within the framework set out below.
2. Ensure that the client has all 2-3 social media platform pages set up correctly and that they have correctly enabled JOCLOUDS and its agents to access them for the purposes of updating content.
3. Facebook – 1 page update a day throughout the week Including content and design.
4. Three times a week JO-CLOUDS will monitor the account in respect of replies and responses. Identify accounts to Like. Share interesting and relevant content from other pages.
5. Instagram – the above content for Facebook will be automatically reposted on the client’s Instagram company page.
6. Be aware of news and topical content within the client’s industry or sector within the time constraints allowed and to determine any relevant content that can be shared, posted or rewritten from the client’s perspective.
7. Monitor insights and provide a monthly report by email.
COMPENSATION TERMS
1. Pay the agreed fee per month in advance. This will be invoiced on the 1st of each calendar month and payment must be made within 5 days.
2. If payment is delayed or not made for any reason, work will be immediately suspended until such a time as payment is received.
3. The minimum contract term is 12 months from the date of signing.
4. After 12 months, the service will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless the client provides 30 days notice of intention to cancel this service.
